COLOUR APPOINTMENTS:

Due to the cost of living crisis we will be taking deposits from colour clients to secure your booking.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW:

A cancellations of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If cancelling within the 24 hour window before your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking. If you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of part or all of the scheduled service is required to be paid in full.

 

REPEAT CANCELLATIONS CLIENTS

If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellation list.

ALLERGY TESTS:

Colour appointments must have had an allergy test with the last 6 months.
